How to submit? Two steps

To submit a panel proposal (three speakers at least):

 

First, you have to create an account on the Congress website : https://congresasie2017.sciencesconf.org/

Then, in the "Submit" section, there are two steps:

Step 1: the coordinator of the panel submits the information about the panel: the title and the summary of the panel (300 words in english), key-words, name of the coordinator, the list of speakers, as well as information on each presentation in a temporary word document: the name of the presenter, the title and abstract of the presentation (200 words in english), and the disciplinary field involved.

Step 2: Each speaker of the panel creates an account on the Congress website too, and submits his/her presentation: https://congresasie2017.sciencesconf.org/submission/submit. They will need to indicate the name of the presenter, the title and abstract of the presentation (200 words in english), the disciplinary field involved and the name of the panel it is part of.

 

Some individual proposals of communication, submitted only by email: communication@gis-reseau-asie.org, the format of these workshops will be reviewed by the scientific committee.
